The National Water Resources Management Center Region 9 is establishing and providing training to water user groups in Phrae Province.
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with staff, to implement the project to improve and enhance the efficiency of Huai Mun Reservoir and its water distribution system in Ban Wang Hong, Village No. 5, Wang Hong Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province, at the Wang Hong Subdistrict Municipality meeting room.
This project aims to promote knowledge and community participation in water resource management in the area, fostering the formation of groups to maintain and improve water sources, ensuring fair and efficient water allocation and sharing among group members for maximum benefit. The meeting was attended by 61 participants, including water users in the project area, community leaders, and local agencies.
