On February 6, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, along with section directors and staff from the Regional Water Resources Office 9, demonstrated their commitment to combating corruption, declared a “No Gift Policy” in performing their duties, and announced their intention to become a model ethical organization for the fiscal year 2026. This was to show a strong commitment to fighting all forms of corruption, fostering a culture of integrity and honesty in their work, ensuring ethical conduct, avoiding conflicts of interest, and preventing corruption. The event took place in front of the Regional Water Resources Office 9 in Phitsanulok Province and the Hydrology Section 2 office in Phrae Province.
