The Water Resources Office Region 9, Water Allocation Division, participated in the ceremony to pay homage on the occasion of the anniversary of His Majesty King Nangklao, Phra Maha Jetsadarat Chao, and Civil Servant Day 2026. Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony, leading the offering of respects before the portrait of His Majesty King Nangklao, laying a floral wreath, and delivering a speech commemorating His Majesty's benevolence at the Public Assembly Hall, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall.
