They have a responsibility.

1) To study, analyze, and promote matters related to water supply concessions, and to inspect, control, and supervise them to ensure compliance with the law.
2) To study, analyze, and promote matters related to water usage permits and water fee collection, and to inspect, control, and supervise compliance with the law.
3) To provide support, advice, and technical guidance on water use and management for domestic and consumption water to government agencies, local administrative organizations, and the public, including the implementation of royal initiative projects and royal projects.

5) Collaborate with or support the work of other relevant or assigned agencies.
