The Royal Thai Navy Region 9 held a public hearing to gather opinions in accordance with the Prime Minister's Office Regulations B.E. 2548 (2005).
On April 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with civil servants and staff from the division and design department, to conduct a public hearing meeting in accordance with the Prime Minister's Office Regulations B.E. 2548 (2005).
The project to improve and enhance the efficiency of Huai Paen Reservoir, along with a water supply and distribution system powered by solar energy, will support agricultural areas in the Community-Based Land Reform Area (CBL) of Ban Khaeng, Village No. 2, Nong Daeng Subdistrict, Mae Chrim District, Nan Province. The meeting was held at the Nong Daeng Subdistrict Municipality meeting room.
This meeting provided details of the project to stakeholders and solicited feedback for its implementation. Eighteen stakeholders attended the meeting.
The public consultation results show that the public approves of the project. The conclusions from the meeting will be incorporated into the design process to ensure the project aligns with public needs and engineering suitability, ultimately benefiting and alleviating the suffering of the people in a sustainable manner.
