On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with staff, to conduct a participatory and sustainable water resource management project for the Huai Khlong Mueang Reservoir water users group in Nayang Subdistrict, Pichai District, Uttaradit Province, at the Nayang Subdistrict Administrative Organization meeting room.
This project aims to support network groups in managing water resources and to support their operational activities for continuous management. The goal is to strengthen network groups so that they can collectively care for, maintain, and improve the efficiency of water resources, ensuring fair and equitable water distribution among group members for maximum benefit and livelihood security. This enhances the capacity for water resource management. 80 people attended the meeting.
