The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) Region 9 organized a project to establish and educate water user groups for the Nong Puey solar-powered water distribution system construction project in Ban Wiang Tang, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. The event was held at the meeting room of the Wang Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province.

The National Water Resources Management Center Region 9 is establishing and providing training to water user groups in Phrae Province.
On Monday, January 13, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with staff, to conduct a project to establish and provide knowledge to water user groups for the Nong Puey solar-powered water distribution system construction project in Ban Wiang Tang, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province. The event took place at the meeting room of the Wang Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Mueang Phrae District, Phrae Province.
This project aims to promote knowledge and participation in water resource management in the area, encouraging the formation of groups to maintain and improve water sources, ensuring their efficiency and fair and optimal allocation and sharing of water among group members.
