NSTDA Region 9 organized a project to establish and educate water user groups for the solar-powered water distribution system construction project supporting the Royal Project-style highland development in Nam Paeng, Ban Naen Song, Village No. 3, Pha To Subdistrict, Tha Wang Pha District, Nan Province.

The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) Region 9 is establishing and providing training to water user groups in Nan Province.
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with staff, to conduct a project to establish and provide knowledge to water user groups for the solar-powered water distribution system construction project supporting the Royal Project-style highland development in Nam Paeng, Ban Naen Song, Village No. 3, Pha To Subdistrict, Tha Wang Pha District, Nan Province.
The project aims to promote knowledge and participation in local water resource management, fostering the formation of groups to maintain and improve water sources, ensuring their efficiency and fair and optimal allocation and sharing of water among group members.
