The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) Region 9 is establishing and providing training to water user groups in Nan Province.
On Friday, March 13, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, led by Ms. Jirachaya Chankham, Director of Water Resources Conservation Division 2, Phrae, along with staff, to conduct a project to establish and provide knowledge to water user groups for the water distribution system construction project supporting the project.
Highland development project based on the Royal Project model at Pong Kham Village, Na Lao Subdistrict, Moo 3, Phong Subdistrict, Santisuk District, Nan Province, held at the Na Lao Village Multipurpose Building.
This project aims to promote knowledge and community participation in water resource management in the area, fostering the formation of groups to maintain and improve water sources, ensuring fair and efficient water allocation and sharing among group members for maximum benefit. The meeting was attended by 50 participants, including water users in the project area, community leaders, and local agencies.
