Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Allocation Division to install a 6-inch water pump at Ban Hua Mueang, Village No. 9, Tambon Nen Phai, Nakhon Thai District, Phitsanulok Province. This pump will drain floodwater from residential and agricultural areas, benefiting 15 households (50 people) in Villages No. 4 (Ban Hua Na), No. 8 (Ban Khok), and No. 9 (Ban Hua Mueang), as well as a 10-rai fish pond and 20 rai of agricultural land.
