General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Privy Councillor and Chairman of the Sustainable Quality of Life Development Project under His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen, presided over the ceremony to present royal gifts, including royal gift bags and royal school bags, to students and residents of Ban Nam Ri Phatthana as encouragement. Also present were Mr. Ampon Kittiamphon, Privy Councillor; General Chalermchai Sittisath, Privy Councillor; and Air Chief Marshal Chom Rungsawang, Privy Councillor and Vice-Chairman of the Committee.
The Privy Council is monitoring the progress of sustainable quality of life development projects initiated under His Majesty the King's royal patronage. His Majesty is committed to continuing, preserving, and expanding the royal initiatives of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, particularly in improving the quality of life for people in rural areas. His Majesty also aims to strengthen communities to be self-reliant and sustainable.
The Regional Water Resources Office 9 has implemented a project in response to His Majesty the King's initiative: "The project to construct a clean water distribution system for domestic use and consumption, supporting the Child and Youth Development Project (CYDP) at Ban Nam Ri Pattana School, Village No. 12, Ban Nam Ri Pattana, Khun Nan Subdistrict, Chaloem Phra Kiat District, Nan Province."
