On June 9, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned civil servants and staff from the Water Resources Conservation Division 1, Phitsanulok, to participate in a merit-making ceremony and alms-giving to 20 monks at the Public Assembly Hall, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall. This ceremony was held to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Ananda Mahidol, to express gratitude for his royal benevolence, and to remember his exemplary conduct, as well as to pay homage to the beloved monarch of the Thai people. Mr. Kiattisak Trongsiri, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, presided over the ceremony.
