Regional Office of the National Water Resources Management Committee 9 participated in inspecting and supervising the operations of concessionaire waterworks.
On February 24, 2026, Mr. Nimit Kotbua, Director of the Regional Water Resources Office 9, assigned the Water Allocation Division to inspect the operation of the water supply concession project in Hua Ro Subdistrict Municipality, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province, operated by Universal Utilities Public Company Limited. Mr. Wasin Jamsakol, Acting Director of the Water Supply Concession Licensing Division, Water Allocation Department, Department of Water Resources, and the Phitsanulok Provincial Office of Natural Resources and Environment also participated in the inspection. The project's water production system has a maximum production capacity of 7,200 cubic meters per day and serves 4,049 water users. The water quality test results showed that the project's tap water meets the drinking water standards as announced by the Department of Health.
